Pedestrian light is not on while left turn traffic has green, yet this pedestrian strolls across the traffic right of way.

When pedestrian light turns on, some drivers immediately step on gas as a threat to pedestrians, with go signal, start to walk.

Yonge Street traffic enters intersection when the exit is blocked by traffic.  Cars stop on the crosswalk.
